Our Warranty

Weed Control:

No guarantees of effectiveness are made. Treatments are performed with the express understanding that their effectiveness is beyond the Contractor's control.

Renovation, Fertilization, and Pest Control:

The same limitation of effectiveness applies to these procedures. No guarantees of effectiveness or suitability to site conditions are made.

Living Things (Lawns, Plants, etc.):

• No guarantees of survival, vigor, ultimate size, or appearance.
• Plants that die will be replaced once at no expense to the owner, provided the owner's responsibilities for care and notification are fully met.
• Seeded lawns are not guaranteed to germinate and grow, as their success depends chiefly on watering and care by the owner, beyond the Contractor's control.
• Sod lawns are guaranteed for fourteen days against pest and disease infestations; otherwise, no guarantee is made as watering and care are beyond the Contractor's control.
• The guarantee period for boxed trees is one year. The owner must notify the Contractor within twenty-four hours of noticing a problem. Allowing plants, lawns, etc., to die or reach an advanced state of decline before notifying the Contractor automatically voids all guarantees on that portion of the project.

General Limitations:

• Guarantees are effective only if the owner has complied with all terms and conditions, payments, and other provisions of the contract.
• In no case shall the Contractor honor any guarantee when evidence of abuse, gopher, insect, or other damage, misuse, improper care, or any other condition beyond the Contractor's control is found.
